2024 Registration

Student-Athlete Registration

Welcome to registration. Each student athlete needs to complete registration. Registration step has specific deadlines, that if any are missed may invalidate all registration.

STEP 1: Registration is closed. Registered athletes can continue with the other steps below.

STEP 2: Order optional team apparel (https://wxmtbapparel.orderpromos.com/)

STEP 3: Order the Kit at Voler (Team Store)

STEP 4: Register with the League (Opens on April 1 - you will get an invite once Step 1 is confirmed)

Each step is detailed below. Let us know if you have any questions.

STEP 1: Register and pay the team fee

Fill out the 2024 Registration form (now closed). Pay the team fees. Please contact wxmtbteam@gmail.com if you have a sponsorship to pay your fees.
After April 1, you will get a link to complete Step 4 - Note: April 1 is when registration opens for NICA student-athletes.

If you would like to ride with your athlete, you will need to complete the registration for coaches.

STEP 2: Order Team Apparel (Optional)

Go to the site to purchase apparel (https://wxmtbapparel.orderpromos.com/)
You can order extra apparel for both riders and parents. Please note, all athletes will get a t-shirt that is included in the team registration fee).

STEP 3: Order the kit at Voler (Required)

Go to the Voler store
Choose at least a jersey.
Check out.

STEP 4: Register with the League (Students can register after April 1, Coaches after March 1)

Go to the Pitzone. If you are new, you will need to wait for the email to register.
Register each student and parent as Level 1 ride leader (as needed) - Ride leaders can register starting March 1

STEP 5 (Optional): Join the Team Strava Club (WX MTB Team)

Sign-in or sign-up for Strava
Search for "WX MTB Team"
Only those that are registered with the team will be allowed part of the group
